Consecration of a temple for Lord Ganesh was held in Vasundhara Enclave in east Delhi in the national capital today.

The consecration (Maha Kumbabishegam) of Sri Sankatahara Ganapathi Temple was attended by Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit, senior BJP leader L K Advani, East Delhi MP Sandeep Dikshit, Delhi Assembly Deputy Speaker Amrish Singh Gautam Gautam and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh”s Principal Secretary T K A Nair.

The ceremony was performed by 32 Sivacharias from Thirukalukundram near Chennai in Tamil Nadu led by T C Thyagaraja Sivachariar.
